Here's a catalog of musical projects I've contributed to:

Keyboardist, Steel City

https://linktr.ee/realsteelcity

I play keys for Steel City, a DC-based band formed in June 2023. Our sound traverses funk, blues, rock, and more with sharp vocals, catchy hooks and extended improvisational jams. We love putting on a great live show, and we recently released our first record called "Iced Coffee"

Keyboardist, Josee Molavi

https://linktr.ee/joseemolavi

I played keys for Josee Molavi from Summer 2023 to March 2024. Josee is a DMV-based, self-taught multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, and songwriter grown from blues-rock roots. I went to high school with Josee, and several years after college we re-connected over music. She was starting her artist project and I joined the band as the keyboard player. She brings an electric stage presence and a dynamic discography. I highly recommend going to one of her live shows.

"Ballerina in a box"

I had the privilege to be the keyboardist in a live session for the original, "Ballerina in a box" by Chris Dinosaur. Chris is a popular artist in the DMV area, and I was thrilled to be a part of this project. We recorded in June of 2023.

"Navigate"

"Navigate" is an original song I wrote during the COVID-19 pandemic, at home, just me and the piano, and released in April 2023. It's about the feeling of being lost, struggling to find a sense of direction and purpose in life. It's a soft, sad song, but it's also hopeful. I hope you enjoy it!

Keyboardist, Street Parking

I played keys for Street Parking, a DC-based band for most of 2021-2022. The band started as a weekly basement mega-jam session, evolving into a band playing a mix of covers and originals. The highlight of our band experience might have been the "Battle of the Bands" we won. We got voted into the final round, playing for a full house at none other than The Anthem, one of the most legendary and wonderful live music venues in DC. We didn't win the final round, but we made some seriously cool memories. We recorded our single, "I Miss The Feeling", which you can enjoy here:

My good ol' YouTube channel from childhood

It started with solo piano videos, then I began bringing in other instruments to spice things up. Here's one of my favorites, from May 17, 2018. That's my cousin on the saxophone:

Keyboardist, Rock 'N' Roll Revival

In my junior and senior years of high school (2015–16), I had the exhilarating opportunity to be the keyboardist in Rock 'N' Roll Revival. It's the annual spectacle of a performance and talk of the town all over Severna Park, Maryland. The show is a dynamic, student-performed, student-directed rendition of up to 40 of the greatest rock 'n' roll hits of all time. They typically do eight shows over two weekends, each show selling out around 1000 seats!!! We covered everything from Led Zeppelin, to The Supremes, to Lynyrd Skynyrd, to The Beach Boys. I learned so much about music, performance, and teamwork from this experience. Those moments on stage will always be some of my most cherished memories.

Here's a highlight clip of us covering "I Know A Little" by Lynyrd Skynyrd (skip to 2:05 for the piano solo!)
